08 nov 2013 – stay the night

wow, I must have needed a good night’s sleep. didn’t wake until almost 5am today. so even if i hadn’t planned to have a rest day, i would have had one!

sleep is good, and it all helps with the recovery from the cold. which i really think is now on its way out, leaving the way clear for a great first trail run on sunday!

04:45 – berocca, 1 x multivit, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine, zinc tablet
05:15 – cereal bar, orange juice.
05:25 – bus and read
06:15 – coffee
08:30 – fruit toast & yoghurt
10:00 – dried apricots
12:00 – cashews & cranberries
12:30 – roll with chicken, tomato & mayo
13:00 – multigrain crackers & salsa dip
14:00 – small orange
14:15 – bus, nap
16:00 – cup of tea. toast & honey
18:30 – pizza & garlic bread
20:30 – glass milk, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 night-time multi. bed
0:00 – woke up, did a bit of reading for an hour
01:00 -(ish) back to sleep
