before doing any exercise, I stepped on the scales and weighed in at 600g less than last week. So I think the switch to Lite n Easy for weekday brekkie and lunch is doing its job.
a work colleague actually commented this morning that I looked particularly “chipper”. I think that’s down to a good morning at the gym, and the joy of seeing a 4 year old getting incredibly excited about his birthday!
