10 push-ups (all toe), 10 squats, 10 crunches, 20 step ups (10 on each leg)

Notes

Two huge issues that I failed to deal with today – a series of meetings across most of the day, including lunchtime. This resulted in missing lunch and the lunchtime walk (which would have been Jacob’s Ladder).

I should have planned a little around the meetings imposed on me.

I then lost track of time in the evening, heading to bed much later than intended. Again, a little more awareness would have helped here.
