busy day again today, still not being consistent with the walk breaks and hydration, however there is definitely progress being made, with habits and routines being tightened up and brought back into line, training going well with the body starting to feel a little tighter and trimmer, and recovering pretty well.

hard to believe, but it’s only a few weeks now before I run the marathon in the world masters athletics championships here in Perth, wearing the green and gold of Australia. then it’ll be time for six inch just a month and a bit later, and the Australia Day Ultra 100km a month or so after that!

this is starting to head towards the more pointed pointy end…
