18 oct 2013 – every chance we get we run


another action-packed start to the day. abs, push-ups and a run.

and a sense of excitement about heading into the office, knowing that today’s episode of NMMFG TV was going to be about THE RUN…

the run this morning was basically a recovery run, i set out with no pace in mind, and only checked the watch to make sure i got a full 5km in (i wound up doing 4.99 grrrr)

very happy run, looking forward to a rest day tomorrow, then a big hill run sunday!

02:15 – push-ups, abs, 5km run (see below)
04:15 – 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin. protein shake. orange juice
04:50 – bus into perth. 30 minute nap.
05:45 – black coffee. muesli, toasted muffin with butter & strawberry jam
08:00 – crunchy noodle snack
10:30 – loud shirt day morning tea… celery sticks, carrot sticks, sliced ham. one cup cake
12:00 – lunchtime walk – 4.32km allegedly but it got paused for a little bit – http://runkeeper.com/user/776241070/activity/258599879
13:00 – beef burger in a bun with tomato, beetroot, tomato sauce.
13:30 – banana & apple bread, kiwi fruit.

Not a bad start to the day, and it’s only just 4am 🙂
