22 nov 2013 – haven’t met you yet

seems to be a week for waking at 3am or just after – which is fine from a “getting plenty of sleep” perspective, but it makes for a compressed/rushed early morning!

got an “ok” intervals session in, before heading into perth for the usual friday routine of recording the weekly nmmfg tv video, uploading and adding to the blog… oh yes, and then thinking about doing some real work 😉

03:00 – energy gel, drink of water
03:15 – 1km repeats (see below)
04:10 – 1 berocca, 1 x multivit, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine, zinc tablet
04:15 – 2 slices toast, bacon, 2 dry-fried eggs, roasted tomato. orange juice
04:50 – bus, nap
05:45 – black coffee
08:30 – choc & cranberry trail mix
11:15 – chicken, tomato & mayo wrap. vanilla yoghurt
12:15 – pear
12:45 – red apple
13:00 – bus, nap
14:30 – green tea, toast and honey
15:45 – push-ups & core (see below)
18:30 – 2 stuffed chicken thighs, 2 small baked potatoes, coleslaw
20:30 – milk, 3 fish oil capsules, 1 nighttime multi. bed
