Felt unwell and decided to abandon gym session.
I thought I was feeling bloated and queasy simply because of eating late the night before. When I left the gym I still felt mostly OK, I just knew it would not be a good idea to push things.
When I got home I had breakfast, and continued to get ready for work – then I started to feel cold and unwell, and forcefully and orally evacuated the contents of my stomach.
Don’t think I have slept so much for a very long time – most of the day, and then 8 hours at night as well… I also kept myself well-hydrated during the day.
