some good stuff on the knee front – I wore a compression sleeve thingy during yesterday’s run, then post-run applied a cooling gel, continued to wear the compression sleeve, and popped a couple of anti-inflammatories. net result = knee all good.
so the lesson learned is that a bit of care should go a long way – now to see how things pan out for tomorrow’s long run!
