ok, so good news is that the cough seems to be gone.
not-so-good news – i didn’t write any journal entries over the weekend, again.
however… saturday i was doing tough mudder, and sunday i was recovering! i managed a 6.5km recovery run on sunday, and generally speaking i have pulled up ok, considering what my body and mind were put through on saturday.
today was a rest day running-wise, my shoulders and chest aren’t up to the challenge of push-ups, but hopefully i’ll catch up on abs this evening.
due to all the rest and early nights over the weekend, i did wake up stupidly early, then fell asleep again, and only just made the bus!
01:30 – 1 x Berocca, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x glucosamine tablet, 1 x men’s one-a-day multi-vitamin.
02:00 – muesli, toast with peanut butter, orange juice
04:00 – nap in armchair
04:50 – bus into perth. nap
05:45 – mango yoghurt, coffee.
09:00 – peanuts & rice crackers
10:15 – orange
11:00 – BBQ chicken & ham pizza
11:30 – citrus, sultana & oat cookie
13:30 – small orange
14:15 – bus, nap
15:30 – abs day 27 – 115 sit-ups, 180 crunches, 62 leg raises, 110s plank hold
18:30 – pasta & meatballs
20:30 – milk, 3 x fish oil capsules, 1 x night-time multi, bed
