05:25 – bus, nap
07:00 – black coffee.
08:00 – apricot & almond bar
09:30 – green apple
11:00 – corn chips & tomato salsa
12:00 – asian chicken & salad wrap. peaches in raspberry sauce.
13:30 – mexican chicken stack. citrus, sultana & oat cookie
14:15 – bus, nap
16:00 – cup of tea
18:00 – corned beef, steamed veggies, white sauce
21:00 – glass milk, bed
