summary / notes
so to kick things off, there’s a couple of adjustments with eating and training. firstly, I’m getting back into making an effort to cook real food, and following a low carb regime. secondly I’ve taken the training right back to basics, and spending a few weeks working on being able to run 5km again…
there’s a bit of controversy around the web when it comes to low carb, or “paleo”, or “primal”, or whatever label is put on it. from my perspective, the short time I spent eating this way before had many benefits, and for me it’s all about what works for me, not just following some cultish fad. if it doesn’t work, I’ll be blogging about that too!
