woke around 3am, headed to the gym and was surprised to be joined by a few people around 4am. the session was simple but harder than expected; a reality check for sure. good to be back in the gym, and I know this is going to benefit the weight-loss, fitness and running goals. key focus to re-establish the habit of good hydration…

Gym Session

Warmup on spin bike 4 x 500m rowing machine and stretching between Cool down treadmill walk Rowing machine: 2:30, 2:20, 2:23, 2:28 Legs all over the place, found it all very hard going. Times and experience very similar to first gym session in Feb 2012!
