A relatively leisurely start to the day, with a trip to the gym at about 4am. Cross-training day!
With “easy row or bike for 45 to 60 minutes” in the schedule, I opted for a 10k cycle AND 5k row – both activities taking a few seconds short of 25 minutes to give a total of just under 50 minutes. Then a spot of stretching…
The other main thing with gym/cross-training day is my pre-workout weigh-in… and I am VERY happy to report that 3 weeks after getting back from the UK, my weight has now returned to pre-Christmas levels.
Now to keep it heading downwards!
