“Progress is progress, no matter how small.”
Summary: Today started on a positive note with an early wake-up and a productive morning workout. Despite feeling a bit tired around midday, the day was productive and included a building evacuation drill, which highlighted improved fitness levels (but still needing much more work!). Nutrition was balanced, and the evening spent relaxing.
